In November 2024, our company organized all staff to visit our production factory. The main workshops are Raw material workshop- Banburying workshop-Calendering workshop-Molding workshop -Vulcanization workshop

The factory attaches great importance to the training of delivery personnel, regularly organizes technical training and safety education, and improves employees' professional skills and safety awareness. Through strict personnel management 

and incentive mechanisms, the factory has stimulated the enthusiasm of employees and improved delivery efficiency and quality.

Environmental and safety management in the delivery process is the focus of the factory. The factory has introduced advanced environmental protection equipment to effectively control dust and exhaust gas emissions during the delivery process. 

At the same time, the factory has formulated a strict safety management system and conducts regular safety inspections to ensure the safety of the delivery environment and the health of employees.

The factory has optimized the delivery process to reduce waste and waiting time in the delivery process. Through reasonable delivery layout and process design, delivery efficiency has been improved. The optimized delivery process is smoother, 

reducing the idle time of equipment and improving equipment utilization.

The factory has formulated strict quality inspection standards covering multiple aspects such as appearance quality, dimensional accuracy, and performance indicators. Each batch of products must undergo precision testing to ensure that its performance 

and quality meet the design requirements. The quality inspection process includes raw material testing, semi-finished product testing, and finished product testing. Each process has strict quality control measures to ensure stable product quality.

The loading of goods is carried out strictly in accordance with the operating procedures to ensure the safety and stability of the loading of goods. The loading operation is carried out by professionals and strictly in accordance with the loading standards. 

During the transportation process, the factory selects high-quality transportation partners to ensure the safety and timely arrival of goods during transportation.
