MITTO TEAM 2025 TEAM-BUILDING ACTIVITY HELD SUCCESSFULLY ！

End summer of 2025, QINGDAO MITTO team partnered with the Crescent Bay Camping 

Base in Qingdao's West Coast New Area to host a barbecue team-building event themed 

"Collaboration and Revelry Between Mountains and Sea." Combining outdoor camping, 

seafood barbecue, and teamwork challenges, the event created an immersive experience 

for members that combined relaxation and growth.

Site Selection: Yueyawan Campground enjoys a prime coastal location, facing the azure sea 

and nestled against green fields. Across the sea lies the Crescent Campground, equipped with 

integrated water and electricity, ensuring convenient barbecues while allowing guests to relax in the coastal atmosphere.

BBQ Carnival: A barbecue area was set up on the pristine beach, offering kebabs of lamb, pork belly, 

and seafood, grilled by professional chefs. MITTO team members prepared fresh fruits, vegetables, 

drinks, and beer, enhancing team rapport during the team-building preparations and food preparation.

Social Interaction: The campground offers a star-studded movie viewing area and sound equipment：

Break down communication barriers and strengthen “team identity”；Improve collaboration efficiency 

and solidify "understanding and trust"；Relieve work pressure and activate "employee sense of belonging"；

Delivering corporate culture and unifying "goal awareness"；Discover potential talents and supplement the 

"talent assessment dimension"

The team held a sharing session themed "Unity and Collaboration for Greater Success." Accompanied 

by the ocean breeze and music, the event transcended weather barriers and fostered in-depth communication.

This team-building activity allowed the MITTO team to achieve collaborative empowerment amidst the sea and mountains. 

It also provided a new paradigm for autumn corporate team-building: combining natural settings with in-depth interaction, 

injecting new vitality into the MITTO team!
